"I am a cynical car owner. I've been to shops around town that started out nice, and then turned not so nice. Got sick of having repair work done and then having to return my car for corrections on repairs again and again. And being met with a semi-snarl and "We can't find a problem, lady." SO....I thought I'd try The Hub. Okay, people....I'll be honest. They are SO nice, so calm, so fair....I was having some electrical issues, so the diagnosis was that I needed a new alternator. I had anticipated that. In the process of removing the old alternator, they found a broken ground wire. They repaired the wire, that fixed the issue, no need for alternator. Saved me a ton. They could have done the replacement as quoted and I never would have know the difference, but they DIDN'T. They are HONEST people and respect you and your car. I can't say enough about them. Thank you for making Memphis your home, The Hub!"

"I recently moved to Memphis and as a young female am always looking for a mechanic I can trust. The Hub was incredible. I'd been having an issue with my car for a while and they were very clear with their diagnosis of my issues and what I would need to fix them. While I was there, I asked them to check other routine maintenance needs as well. They could've told me I needed all the maintenance I had asked about, but instead they informed me that no other maintenance was necessary and they didn't take advantage of my naïveté with cars. Additionally, they were willing to speak to my dad when he called to ask about the car's issues and were more than happy to give me an itemized estimate before they fixed my car. My car was fixed within about 11 business hours, and when I picked it up it ran like a gem! Everyone at The Hub very clearly demonstrated their dedication to running a business with character. As if it couldn't get better, everyone at the shop took time to get to know me and welcome me to Memphis. I'm so happy with all of the service I received and could not praise them more highly! I will be back for all my future car repairs."

"I want to provide another shout out to Hub Automotive. I finally took my car in for a LOT of regular maintenance work that i had ignored for ... years (typical stuff like tune up, fluids, belts, spark plugs, etc). After the initial fix, I still had some follow up items because things were not quite perfect with my ride. The Hub saw me right away, got things tweaked perfectly, and now my car drives just like the day I bought it off the acura lot.
